Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy.

Dolumi Co., Ltd. (“Dolumï”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is established in the Republic of Korea. Our processing of personal information through this website is governed principally by the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea (“PIPA”), its subordinate regulations, and other applicable laws and regulatory requirements of the Republic of Korea.

This website is intended for an international audience. Where our processing of personal information is subject to mandatory data protection laws of another jurisdiction, those laws will apply to that processing to the extent required. This may include, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the UK GDPR, and other mandatory national or regional privacy requirements.

The availability of this website in a particular country or territory does not, by itself, alter the governing law applicable to Dolumï or mean that every law of that jurisdiction applies to our activities. Where mandatory local law does apply, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We process personal information only where there is an appropriate legal basis and for specified and legitimate purposes. We seek to limit collection to information reasonably necessary for those purposes, maintain appropriate safeguards, retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary or legally required, and respect applicable rights of individuals in relation to their personal information.

Where personal information is transferred to, stored in, or otherwise processed in a country other than the country in which it was collected, including through website hosting, technical infrastructure or specialist service providers, we will address such transfers in accordance with applicable law. Where required, this Privacy Policy or a related notice will identify the relevant recipient or service provider, destination, purpose of transfer, categories of information transferred, retention period, method of transfer and applicable legal basis or safeguard.

If the requirements of this Privacy Policy conflict with a mandatory requirement of applicable data protection law, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
