Put the Mission First. Put the mission, customer, people and managers first — in that order. Take accountability for your processes, yourself, your team and your decisions. When things go wrong, own them, learn from them and make them better.

Give Feedback That Matters. Listen carefully. Speak clearly and candidly. Put facts ahead of ego, title or hierarchy. Give feedback directly and while it still matters. Say what needs to be said, not just what is easy to hear.
